LIVE SH2019 AGAIN!
Shaping Horizons 2019 was the first international summit and action programme on science, policy and innovation, that gathered 150 young leaders from across the UK and Latin America, to engage with senior world leaders and ignite change around the four themes of 4th Industrial Revolution, Social Challenges, Humans & Nature and Our Shared Future.
"Shaping Horizons is an extremely innovative and pioneering initiative, not only because it builds a network for young scientists from Latin America and the UK, but also because it's a very action-oriented conference. I cannot tell you how many conferences I go to and there is just talking and then everybody goes home and nothing changes."
Marga Gual- Soler
Policy Advisor, S4D4C

"Shaping Horizons is absolutely driven by the sense of entrepreneurship, innovation, and ideas of the young people involved. It is fascinating to see the proposals that come out."
Nigel Baker
OBE MVO, Head of the Latin America Department at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office
